Industrial Park  Industrial Park 2

The Century Industrial Park, located west of U.S. Highway 29 North, on Highway 4, is a 140-acre master-planned industrial/commerce park.  The park consists of a total of 21 lots with the majority of the lots subdivided into 5-acre parcels.  Lots 1, 2, 3, 20 and 21 may be used for adult day care facilities, adult congregate living facilities, nursing homes, medical offices, medical services and facilities, institutional residential homes and other similar facilities.

The remaining fifteen (15) lots may be used and occupied by the Owner, Tenant or Occupant solely for wholesale and retail businesses involved in manufacturing, processing, storing or distributing goods.  The Developer, at its discretion and in compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Century Industrial Park, may subdivide any of the lots contained in the Park; however no parcel created by a subdivision of any lot or lots may be less than one acre in size.  Two or more contiguous lots owned by the same Owner may be combined and used as the site for a single building  This master-planned industrial/commerce park includes all infrastructure—utilities, roads, drainage, sanitary sewer and natural gas.

Businesses who locate in the Century Industrial Park may qualify for tax incentives through Enterprise Florida as the Park is located within a State Enterprise Zone and a Foreign Trade Zone.  For further information, contact Mayor Freddie W. Industrial/Helicopter Technologies Building:  This building is a 40,000 sq. ft. building and has been retrofitted with energy efficient improvements to include all new lighting and new energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems.
